Methodix Transformation

Moving a team from Low to High Engagement takes more than a plan — these six disciplines run in parallel on every transformation.

Leadership Alignment
Stakeholder Network Activation
Engagement Analytics & KPI
Action-Driven Communication
Key Changes Mapping
Role Based Trainings
01 / 06

Leadership Alignment

Sponsors and leaders speak with one voice from day one, so the message never contradicts itself on the way down the org chart.

02 / 06

Stakeholder Network Activation

We map the informal network and mobilize its influencers before resistance has a chance to organize.

03 / 06

Engagement Analytics & KPI

Adoption is tracked like revenue — dashboards make it visible, owned, and impossible to ignore.

04 / 06

Action-Driven Communication

Every message is timed to what a stakeholder needs to do next, not just how they should feel about it.

05 / 06

Key Changes Mapping

Every process, role and system shift is mapped to the people it actually touches, before go-live.

06 / 06

Role Based Trainings

Training is built around what each role does differently the day after go-live, not a generic manual.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why the name Methodix?

Methodix is inspired by the word methodology. It reflects our belief that successful change isn’t driven by one-off activities but by a structured, repeatable approach that can be adapted to different organizations. Our methodology combines proven change management principles with more than a decade of practical experience leading transformation programs across industries and geographies.

Most of our engagements last between 6 months and 3 years, depending on the scale and complexity of the transformation. We’ve supported everything from short, high-impact interventions during critical project phases to multi-year enterprise programmes.

We have worked with project impact ranging from around 500 employees to more than 30,000 impacted users across global transformation programmes. Whether supporting a single business unit or a multinational rollout, our approach scales to the needs of the project.

We don’t believe a methodology should dictate a project. Instead, we continuously adapt our approach based on what the project and the data tell us.

Throughout every engagement, we monitor both qualitative and quantitative indicators to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where adjustments are needed. This allows us to remain flexible while still providing a structured and disciplined approach to change.

Both.

Our role depends on when we join a project. Early in the transformation, we help shape the change strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption roadmap.

As the project progresses, we become highly operational—working alongside project teams to execute the plan, solve day-to-day challenges and drive adoption. Ultimately, our goal is to transfer ownership to the business so that change becomes sustainable long after the project ends.

We have over 10 years of experience supporting ERP and technology transformation programmes, including SAP and Oracle.

While we don’t replace technical consultants or system experts, we understand how technology changes impact people and business processes. We work closely with technical teams to translate complex changes into practical actions for end users, helping define business impacts, support access and readiness activities, coordinate communications and training, and bridge the gap between technology and the business.

We don’t typically deliver system training ourselves.

Instead, we design and coordinate the training approach by identifying learning needs, planning the training schedule, managing logistics, tracking attendance and completion, improving participation, organising materials, and ensuring employees know where to find ongoing support. We work closely with business experts and technical teams who deliver the functional training.

The earlier, the better.

Engaging change management during planning allows us to shape the strategy before resistance, confusion, or adoption risks develop. That said, we’re often brought in later and have successfully helped projects regain momentum by quickly assessing the situation and focusing on the activities that will have the greatest impact.

No.
While ERP transformations represent a large part of our experience, we also support HR-related transformations, for example, UKG and Workday. We have also worked with organizational restructurings, changes of ownership, plant closures, and other initiatives where successful adoption by people is critical.
